Manchester has famously led the way within the British music industry over the last three decades. The city has spawned a number of phenomenal and era defining bands. However, the passing of Brit Pop in the nineties has left the city with little or nothing to shout about .

That is all about to change with one band. The sleaze. Of course they embrace their cities musical heritage, but unlike so many of their counterparts, they no longer want to procrastinate in the shadows of a forgotten Madchester. The sleaze seek something new, and with their sights firmly set on achieving greatness, the only band they strive to sound like is the sleaze.
